Ambiance and
style
The initiators of the Château project intended to create a safe and
luxurious habitation for people who respect conventions.
The inhabitants would
be of different nationalities and occupy their residence permanently
or semi-permanently. Letting out on a commercial basis would not be
permitted.
The use of the communal
facilities such as the Salle de Garde, swimming pool, petanque
court, parking, is subject to certain regulations. The construction
of other pools or sheds in the gardens is not permitted.
Future possibilities
The Château complex is excellently suited for
the organization of assistance or treatment to facilitate life,
according to the need of the inhabitants. Until now the need has not
risen, but this type of facility is perfectly conceivable.
